In 2012 my New Year's resolution was to lose weight and become healthy.  I have had this resolution for so many years I have lost count.  But each year I fail at my resolution.  I always go on a diet and after six months I fall off the diet, because I get sick of eating the same food over and over.
This year I vowed to do better and have a whole year of becoming healthy.  I joined Weight Watchers online in January 2012 and so far am not tired of my diet.
With the Weight Watchers application and online, I have discovered many new recipes.  I thought I would share these recipes, give advice for staying healthy, and share my tips for keeping it on the skinny.
